Shipping policy

Free delivery is available for the USA and most other countries. However, we reserve the right to decline your order or request additional charges if your desired destination is not covered.

1. How long does the delivery take?

All orders are processed within 24 hours. Delivery to the USA typically takes 3-7 business days. For other countries, delivery usually takes 15-35 days, depending on location and shipping carrier. For pre-sale items, delivery times depend on their arrival.

2. Where does LiiPoo ship to?

We ship to almost all countries worldwide, mainly the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, etc. Note that shipping restrictions may apply to certain products due to local/state laws, hazardous materials, large or oddly shaped items, or specific address types that some carriers cannot deliver to.

3. How will my delivery be shipped?

LiiPoo AbsolutSweat products are shipped through Amazon’s logistics partner, which will select the best carrier. We also work with FedEx, UPS, DHL, and others for ground shipping. Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping options (e.g., Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3-Day Select).

4. I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We aim to deliver all items in a single shipment. However, they may occasionally be sent separately depending on the shipping options used for each product. You will receive an email notification once your items have shipped.

5. Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Once a package is in transit, we cannot change the delivery address. However, you can cancel your order within 60 minutes and place a new order with the correct details.

6. What do I need to do if I received a different product than what I ordered?

● If you cancel your order more than 2 hours after placing it, you may be responsible for any return shipping fees that apply.
● If an incorrect address results in a lost package, we may not be able to replace the order or issue a refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
